Sher Legal Services provides paralegal and related legal support services in Ontario, including commissioning, notarization, consultations, and referrals to personal injury lawyers. Our services are subject to availability and compliance with applicable laws.
Booking and Payment
All services must be booked through our online scheduling system.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Clients must upload relevant documents before the appointment date.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking services.
Ensure uploaded documents are legible and in accepted formats (PDF/JPG).
Attend scheduled appointments on time.
Limitations
Sher Legal Services does not provide legal representation in areas outside paralegal scope of practice.
Advice and services are provided based on the information clients submit. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.
Personal injury matters are handled by referred law firms; we are not responsible for the services provided by referral partners.
